Clients follow the work in real time and can request adjustments at each stage, from adapting formats to developing new products.
After the solution is defined and approved, the project moves into production at the Extrema industrial site.

Custom development
From technical drawing to finished part.
Each stage brings the design closer to the client's real operation, allowing adjustments before production.
01Computer-aided design
The solution begins with a technical drawing, defining the shape, fittings and dividers around the part to be protected.

Cutting and converting
Once the design is defined, the sheets move to cutting and converting according to the approved dimensions.
03Assembly and validation
The part is assembled to check its fittings, internal organisation and suitability for use before batch production.
04Batch production
Once approved, the solution moves into scaled production, organisation and preparation for the client's operation.
